Originally focusing on the repair of major domestic appliances, the company saw a significant development in its operations with the hiring of its first Field Service Engineer in 1998.
This expansion was further solidified on October 14, 2001, when Dolphin Appliance Care transitioned into a Limited company, broadening its operational scope and professional capabilities.
