Role overview
Deliver spare parts to engineers across East Anglia while ensuring timely accurate service.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Spares Team in preparing deliveries
- Safely deliver spare parts to engineers & customers across East Anglia
- Collect unused parts for return to the Office
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Handle and lift boxes (some heavier items, up to 15 Kg)
- Ensure vehicle is kept clean and organised

Domestic Appliance Service Engineer
Domestic Appliance Service Engineer
Job Description
As a Domestic Appliance Engineer you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of household appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, cookers and more. You will ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service along the way. Ideally located in Cambridgeshire, but we will accommodate the right candidate from surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair domestic appliances in customers homes
- Provide accurate and timely reports of work carried out
- Offer professional advice and recommendations to customers regarding use, care and maintenance of their appliances
- Maintain a clean and organised company van and van stock of spare parts
- Ensure all care is taken over customers property, and work in a clean and organised way
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications & skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a domestic appliance service engineer role
- Minimum 3 years experience in a closely related role, for example electric/mechanical servicing
- Strong customer focused and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose faults using meters and attention to detail
- Driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to attend further training
- Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds etc) are preferred, but not essential
